Plan approval depends on a technical review. Website redesigns, new ecommerce builds, custom applications, and complex integrations receive a separate proposed scope. Partner-delivered marketing and security services are never included unless a written agreement says so. Stripe checkout starts a recurring monthly subscription; it does not approve work outside the published plan.
