Services

Griffin Technology Partners provides professional technology consulting and managed services including website design and development, hosting, Microsoft 365 solutions, Azure cloud services, AI-enabled tools, business automation, software development, managed IT services, security-conscious technology consulting, cloud infrastructure, and technical support.

Services may change without prior notice.

Quotes and Proposals

Quotes are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are governed by signed agreements, proposals, statements of work, or service contracts.

Payments

Invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on each invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension of services. Hosting, licensing, and subscription services renew according to their applicable agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their business content.

Griffin Technology Partners retains ownership of proprietary software, frameworks, templates, automation systems, internal tools, and methodologies developed independently of a specific client engagement.

Custom-developed solutions become subject to the ownership terms outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, malicious software distribution, spam, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Third-Party Products

Many services rely upon products and services offered by third parties, including Microsoft, hosting providers, domain registrars, and cloud vendors.

Their availability and functionality are governed by their own terms.

Independent Partner Services

Professional branding, advertising, expanded social media, campaign, and growth services may be referred to EMC Marketing. Specialized network-security and cybersecurity consulting services may be referred to Black Belt Network Security. Both are independent strategic partners rather than divisions, subsidiaries, employees, or internal departments of Griffin Technology Partners.

Partner services, pricing, availability, timelines, agreements, and deliverables are separately scoped unless expressly included in a written coordinated proposal. Each company is responsible for the services it separately agrees to provide.

Griffin Technology Partners does not guarantee partner pricing, availability, schedules, deliverables, marketing outcomes, lead volume, advertising results, search rankings, cybersecurity outcomes, prevention of every security incident, elimination of all risk, or regulatory compliance.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided on an as available and as is basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Griffin Technology Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
